Wynwood Buggies is the exclusive tour company of Wynwood Art District and the official partner of the world’s most famous Street Art Museum, Wynwood Walls. Our team of wall experts will take you around Wynwood on-board fun and electric buggies to show you the insiders perspective. The company has the support of a large community of local and international artists who are present in the neighborhood art scene at the same time our guests are discovering it. You’ll have a deeper appreciation for the elusive street artist culture and what drives it.
HOW DID WYNWOOD BUGGIES START?
Christian Romero, founder of Wynwood Buggies, started this project as a way to promote the neighborhood facing the lack of articulation it presented. Originally, Wynwood Buggies emerged as an artery connecting the neighborhood with visitors by providing a means of transportation in an area that used to be not that friendly. Little by little, Wynwood Buggies was formulated as a project that sought to encourage people to get to know the neighborhood beyond its main street and to educate visitors in artistic culture. Over time, the project grew and today it receives the support of many local and international artists. With their stories, we are able to promote their work by transmitting all their experiences to our guests and make our tour unique.
